Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.​

Swim lessons are arranged on a recurring weekly basis.

Clients are billed in accordance with this recurring schedule unless proper cancellation notice is submitted 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson.

In the event of illness, a full refund will be provided for the canceled lesson, even if the cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window.

Illness must be communicated prior to the scheduled lesson start time.
